Compared with ordinary hydraulic valves, the causes of faults are more complex. Circuit problems, oil problems, mechanical wear, and improper selection can all lead to equipment failure. In industrial practice, common problems include solenoid valve burnout, valve core jamming, directional failure, and oil leakage. 1、 High frequency faults and quick troubleshooting methods for hydraulic solenoid valves. The main causes of coil burnout and inactivity are voltage mismatch, long-term overload of the coil, moisture short circuit, and high-frequency start stop overheating. Troubleshooting method: Measure whether the working voltage matches, check whether the circuit has leakage or short circuit, and check whether the equipment has long-term high-frequency overload. Secondly, valve core jamming and directional failure are often caused by oil impurities blocking the valve core, valve body wear, and spring fatigue fracture, resulting in equipment immobility, delayed directional changes, and unilateral weakness. When troubleshooting, the valve core can be disassembled and cleaned, and the hydraulic oil and filter element can be replaced. If the wear is severe, the valve components need to be replaced directly. Thirdly, oil leakage, pressure failure, valve core wear, aging of seals, and damage to valve seats are the main causes, which can lead to internal system leakage, pressure instability, and equipment slippage, requiring replacement of seals or integral solenoid valves. Fourthly, abnormal noise and vibration of solenoid valves are often caused by stuck valve cores, insufficient oil intake, and insufficient coil magnetic force. It is necessary to investigate the cleanliness of the oil and the stability of the circuit power supply.

Misconception 1: Only focus on the diameter without considering the pressure. DC24V voltage is preferred for outdoor and humid conditions. Misconception 3: Neglecting the protection level. Ordinary indoor solenoid valves have low protection levels and are not suitable for dust, humidity, and outdoor working conditions. In harsh environments, IP65 or above protection models must be selected. Misconception 4: Choose ordinary models for high-frequency working conditions. Ordinary solenoid valves have a low lifespan and are prone to jamming. For high-frequency cycling equipment, specialized high-frequency solenoid valves should be selected.

Firstly, strictly control the power supply conditions to ensure stable voltage and good grounding of the line, avoid voltage fluctuations, overload power supply, and prevent coil burnout. Secondly, keeping the hydraulic oil clean, regularly filtering and replacing the oil to prevent impurities from wearing and sticking to the valve core, is the core key to extending the service life of solenoid valves. Then do a good job in environmental protection. For equipment areas with high humidity, dust, and oil pollution, regularly clean the surface of the solenoid valve and install protective devices to prevent water vapor and dust from entering. It is prohibited to use beyond the working conditions, and long-term operations with overpressure, overcurrent, and ultra-high frequency are strictly prohibited. Operating according to rated parameters can significantly reduce the probability of failure.
